These one-on-one sessions are a place to slow down and reconnect with your body, breath, and inner signals. The focus is not on “fixing” or forcing change, but on helping your nervous system settle enough for clarity and self-trust to return.


Together, we work with real-life stress patterns, the overthinking, bracing, snapping, or shutting down that happens under pressure. Breath is used as a practical tool to create space between stimulus and response, so you can meet situations with steadiness instead of reactivity.


The aim is not just to feel calmer during the session, but to leave with tools you can use in everyday moments, at work, in relationships, and when life feels overwhelming.

Enneagram Coaching

Understand your patterns without labels, judgement, or boxes.


Enneagram coaching offers a framework for understanding why you respond the way you do under stress, pressure, and emotional load. It’s not about personality “types” or putting yourself in a category, it’s about recognising patterns and gaining choice.


In these sessions, we explore:
